Panel beating 2

The upper sill was generaly ok, soo we only replaced the rotten areas.

And fixed the holes.

The upper a post needed more work. We removed a bigger part of the metal to go for sure not leaving thin sections.

Same on the inside was done.

The right upper sill was also fixed.

On an old metal item rust can be everyhwere.

Later a much bigger section was removed including the suspension point.

Some velding was done on the spare wheel tray.

The roof gutters were removed to treat the rust underneath.

It is a question to keep them or to replace them.

The quaterlight edges were replaced on each sides.

Just as the shock absorber attachment points.
